After the Prime Ministers address on Monday evening calling for 'tighter' restrictions, we have had to make the decision to reduce our staffing levels and to close down our offices. This is the first time in over forty years that BCR has had to take such measures.

I would like to reassure our customers that we are still fully operational and can be contacted by phone: 01248362833 or via email at mail@bcr.wales during our usual working hours of Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM. There may be occasions that we will be unavailable, in this instance please leave us a message and we will return your call as soon as we are able.

Customer Support

Whilst our premises are closed in order to reduce human contact and protect our staff, we are still providing essential cover for repairs, breakdowns, deliveries of chemicals and till rolls. Many of our customers are classed as essential: hospitals, schools, food shops etc and we will continue to support all of our customers at this difficult time. Admin is being provided through homeworking, so please contact us if you need anything by email or phone. If you can't get through on the phone the first time, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
