Fire Break

As of 6PM on Friday 23 rd October, the Welsh Government are implementing a mandatory ‘Fire Break’
for a minimum of two weeks. During this period business are required to close unless they are
offering a critical service.

With these regulations now in place, we have had to make the difficult decision to close our
premises and reduce our team.

During this Fire Break Period, we will only be operating via our ‘Emergency Call out’ service.
If you are still permitted to open, and require an emergency call out, please ring our answer service
on 01248 362833 and leave your Name, Contact number and nature of the emergency. We will
return your call and if necessary, an engineer will be sent out to you.

Our emails will be monitored on a regular basis, and as above should a call be necessary, we will
contact you.

We thank you all for your cooperation and understanding during these difficult times and look
forward to being able to trade as normal when all this is over.
